The Zugspitzarena is an ideal resort for families. From simple slopes for beginners and families to challenging runs for experienced skiers. Heiterwang has a drag lift with two blue runs of approximately two km. The ski lifts of Bichlbach/Berwang are just a five minute drive from our house.
Even in winter, there is plenty to do besides skiing in the region. There are cross-country trails, toboggan runs and pools. Walking in the area is also highly recommended. In winter you can use public transport for free with the guest card.
In the Zugspitzarena you have free use of 110km cross-country trails, with as highlight the lit night trail. The trail runs past our house.
